  • Estimated delivery time: Within 2 business days after shipment.
  • Hand delivery and Cash on Delivery are available within Jeddah only for SAR 30.
  • Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Cancellation and Returns

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
  • Any damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
